EcoShip is partnered with local businesses that are known as ‘Collection Sites’.

During their business hours, stop by to drop off up to ONE grocery-sized paper bag filled with accepted packaging materials. These sites will only accept ONE bag per person with limited materials due to space constraints. Any other items or larger amounts must be dropped off at our headquarters.

If you have more than ONE grocery-sized paper bag, please drop it off at our headquarters or at an upcoming collection event. Locations will not accept more than ONE grocery-sized paper bag per person. If a collection site is full, they reserve the right to reject your materials. We encourage you to treat these sites with respect as they are not waste-management facilities. Don’t forget to make a purchase to support them!

Items must be dropped off in paper bags or transferred directly into collection bins. Boxes or plastic bags are NOT accepted at collection sites - no exceptions.

Items Accepted by Collection Sites (limited list)

  • Plastic Bubble Mailers

    All items must be clean and cleanly ripped.

    Collection sites will NOT accept paper padded mailers, Kraft mailers, Manila envelopes or USPS/UPS/Fedex.

  • Bubble Wrap

    Small and large bubbles of any color are accepted. Bubbles must be inflated.

    • No deflated bubbles

    • No Air Pillows

    • Remove all tape

    • Free from holes, tears, dirt, sticky residue, ink stains

  • Packing Peanuts

    All colors and types (foam and starch) are accepted.

    • Place in secure packaging and keep separate from all other items. Do not mix with other items.

  • Packing Paper

    Fold the paper before dropping off. Balled up paper will not be accepted.

    No used Tissue paper (unless brand new) or wadded paper from shoes.

    Free from holes, tears, dirt, sticky residue, ink stains.

    Honeycomb and corrugated accepted.

If you would like to have EcoShip pick up materials from your location, the cost starts at $55/pick-up depending on the quantity and size of your operations.

If you are interested in dropping off the materials and do not need a pick-up service, the cost is $0.
