Beans & Bagels is an award-winning independent café and bakery serving Chicago's Lincoln Square and Ravenswood neighborhoods. We offer a unique combination of (mostly) organic directly traded specialty coffee paired with food prepared with seasonal and locally sourced ingredients. Beans & Bagels strives to make a positive environmental impact on planet Earth by being a model business in reducing our waste to zero, decarbonizing our operations, and embracing a circular and regenerative economic model. Environmentally minded, quality focused, and community centered, we dedicate ourselves to baking fine viennoiserie, preparing good food and quality coffee, and making the world a bit better day-by-day.

Beans & Bagels sees our mission aligned with that of EcoShip. Achieving and maintaining zero waste in our operations is a priority. We have chosen to collaborate with EcoShip because we share a common concern for the natural environment and want our actions to promote environmental sustainability.
