How to Order

IMPORTANT NOTE:
EcoShip NFP is moving our headquarters to 1947 W Chicago Ave, Chicago, IL 60622. We will be open for pick-ups starting February 2nd. You can continue using our marketplace to order your items and have them be ready for pick-up, or you can stop by our Business Hours (listed at the bottom of our webpage) and grab whatever you need.

1. Select your materials and checkout.

2. Schedule your pick-up via the Calendly link within 72 hours of ordering.

   The Calendly link will be visible after your place your order and in your order confirmation email (please check your spam folder).

3. Pick up your free materials from our West Town retail space at 1947 W Chicago Ave.

Note: If you are looking to add more items to your order, feel free to submit another marketplace order, but there is no need to book a second time slot. We will combine both orders.

Cancelations

• If you would like to cancel your order, please send us an email at orders@ecoship.org.

• Orders will be cancelled if you do not schedule a pick-up within 72 hours. If you need more time to choose a pick-up date, please let us know!
